Rising Star Music produces some television programs for broadcast on various television stations.

Rising Star Music is currently in production for a series of  GO TV, which is a fashion, travel and lifestyle program, and a program called The Ladies Room.  Some documentaries are also in pre-production or production..

New independent music program supporting South Australian music and artists called AWESAM TV is produced by Sue Hedley from Rising Star Media and Mandi Faerie from Coast FM and Three D Radio.  The South Australian Music Industry Association Inc. is the Executive Producer of AWESAM TV and it is broadcast in Adelaide on community television station C31 Adelaide.  AWESAM TV is broadcast Monday evenings at 10pm.  AWESAM TV is now also broadcast in New York on Manhattan Neighborhood Network and is also on 30 cable tv stations around America.

AWESAM TV is a music program that promotes original independent contemporary South Australian music of all genres.  The program is a half hour show (24 ½ minutes).  AWESAM TV features music video clips of original independent South Australian artists, live acoustic performances of original independent South Australian artists, interviews and coverage of special events.  

Sue is also Associate Producer of Asylum, the music program broadcast in Melbourne on Channel 31.  Asylum is also broadcast in New York.  Asylum supports Australian music and artists.  Asylum features music video clips, interviews, live footage and coverage of special events. 

Rising Star Music produces RISE TV, a music program specifically aimed at the international market.  RISE TV also supports Australian independent artists but also features international independent artists.

RISE TV features independent bands and solo musicians.  It also contains interviews with people behind the scenes in the music industry.  RISE TV will be broadcast on Adelaide community television station C31 Adelaide from September 2005.

If you are an Australian independent artist and you have a quality music video clip you may submit it to us for consideration of airplay on either Asylum or Rise TV.  If you are a South Australian independent artist and you have a quality music video clip you may submit it to us for consideration of airplay on AWESAM TV.

Submission of material does not necessary guarantee exposure on Asylum, RISE TV, or AWESAM TV.  The producers reserve the right to include the video on Asylum, RISE TV, or AWESAM TV.

International independent artists may also submit their clip for airplay, but it must be in PAL format and not NTSC, and must be in one of our acceptable tape formats.  

Please note that we do not post back video clips unless you include return postage.  So if you don't, the video shall remain the property of Asylum, RISE TV, or AWESAM TV unless other arrangements are made with the producers to pick up the video.
