Rising Star Media is involved in producing various programs for television and/or internet broadcast.  Two new music programs called Rise TV and Indie Australia, both aimed at an international audience, are currently in production.

Rising Star Music produces RISE TV, a music program specifically aimed at the international market.  RISE TV also supports Australian independent artists but also features international independent artists.

RISE TV features independent bands and solo musicians.  It also contains interviews with people behind the scenes in the music industry.

Sue is also the original creator of and Adelaide contact for Asylum, a music program broadcast in Melbourne on community television Channel 31 and in Adelaide on C31. Asylum supports independent music and features music video clips, interviews, live footage and coverage of special events.

Also in production is a fashion, travel and lifestyle program called GO TV as well as various documentaries and other projects.

Rising Star Music is currently in production for a series of  GO TV, which is a fashion, travel and lifestyle program.  Some documentaries are also in pre-production or production.

Sue was one of the Producers of AWESAM TV, a television music program that was in production for AWESAM - The South Australian Music Industry Association Inc. It finished production a couple of years ago.  AWESAM TV was broadcast in Adelaide on C31 Adelaide, in New York on the Manhattan Neighborhood Network and on 30 other cable television stations around the US.  AWESAM TV was a music program that promotes original independent contemporary South Australian music of all genres.  The program is a half hour show (24 ½ minutes).  AWESAM TV features music video clips of original independent South Australian artists, live acoustic performances of original independent South Australian artists, interviews and coverage of special events.

If you are an Australian independent artist and you have a quality music video clip you may submit it to us for consideration of airplay on either Indie Australia or Rise TV.  Submission of material does not necessary guarantee exposure on Asylum or RISE TV.  The producers reserve the right to include the video on Asylum or  RISE TV.

International independent artists may also submit their clip for airplay, but it must be in PAL format and not NTSC, and must be in one of our acceptable tape formats.

Please note that we do not post back video clips unless you include return postage.  So if you don't, the video shall remain the property of  or RISE TV or Asylum, unless other arrangements are made with the producers to pick up the video.
